She was born in Tokio, Japan, in 1969. At the age of 17, she made her dream come true and trained in Paris as a dance teacher for contemporary and modern dance. Following an accident-related slipped disc, she was forced to end her career as a dancer, and I chose to take a completely new direction. Studies in communication science laid the groundwork for my later career as a radio host and journalist at Radio DRS3 (today SRF3).
Following several attempts at bodywork, she found her way back to Pilates. In 2008, Iaking a years break from her regular job, in cooperation with Jasmin Sheta, she launched Pilateszone.
As a certified Polestar Pilates teacher she bridge in 2011 to CPM (Centre for Spatial medicine) Pilates Method. Continuing as factulty teacher for CPM until 2014 she then started her pursuit in other fields of body therapy.
In 2016, she concluded her 200 hourrs yoga teacher training Yogalives. www.yogalives.ch
In 2021, she completed the three-year certified training course in biodynamic craniosacral therapy.
Thanks to her wide experience in bodywork, she successfully combines Pilates with yoga and with the knowledge and application of craniosacral therapy.Her personal training sessions and group classes are characterised by humour, her occasionally cheeky and always loving nature.” She happily teaches in German, English and French.
Together with Jasmin, she is partner in Pilateszone.
